Very pleased. The images of my wife and our dog who just passed away was perfect. We had a brittany and he was orange. And the image looked a lot like him and it was nice that I could put wings on him. The ability to completely customize the images were great. The package was delivered on Christmas day. Only issues: Lack of response when asking about shipping and the cost is a bit high for what it is. Seems the price should be about $10 less.

The product is absolutely great. I was obviously drawn to the website images, but the physical product is simply too cool and exceptional. There is one caveat to this review; you must be patient. The delivery process was 20 days from order to delivery. Granted this was in December (Christmas), but tracking the progress was at times bewildering with it sitting around somewhere for days and taking days to traverse the last leg of 300 miles, presumably by air. So, I can assure you the recipient will love the gift, but give yourself some lead time when ordering.

Was a surprise I was waiting to give all week! Turned out phenomenal and saved my order perfectly. I was a bit wary when the Shop app allowed me to complete my order without confirmation that it was the correct images and names but it arrived in the exact way I had hoped. Fantastically done.
